Unseen - Terms of Service (for waitlist landing page)

1. Acceptance

By visiting this website and submitting your email to join our waitlist, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement. In the event the information you provide in this regard is not truthful, Unseen shall not be liable as we cannot verify the age at this stage. If you are not atleast 18 years old, you should not attempt to register.

3. What This Site Does (Pre-Launch)

This site only collects email addresses to register your interest and send product updates or launch invitations. Separate terms will apply once the full app launches and will accordingly be updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the site to:

• Interfere with or disrupt site operation
• Automate signups, scrape, or harvest data
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Use the site unlawfully

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content are owned by owners of this website [founders of Unseen]. We grant you a limited, revocable license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Our Rights

We may access, preserve, or disclose information if required by law or to enforce these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the site at any time.

7. Emails & Unsubscribe

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by responding to the email.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the site or community.

9. Warranties

The site is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no warranties that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, to the extent permitted by law, or of any information presented by its users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site. Our total liability will not exceed INR 5,000 (or the minimum amount required by law).

You agree to indemnify and hold ‘Unseen’ harmless, from claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
